Aslan Mammadli, Co-founder and Chief Executive Officer

Aslan leads Enverson’s mission to empower learners through AI-driven, personalized language training. With a background in education and entrepreneurship, he built one of Azerbaijan’s most impactful language schools before launching Enverson.

His passion lies in using technology to make communication more accessible and effective for individuals and companies.

Chinara Mammadzada, Co-founder and Chief Operating Officer

Chinara has founded and led product and curriculum design for over 6 years. She co-founded the Language School and created personalized learning programs that helped 10,000+ students.

With expertise in applied linguistics and user behavior, she now drives Enverson’s AI-powered personalization systems and educational vision.

Rafig Pashayev, Co-founder and Chief Product Officer

Rafig drives Enverson’s AI and technical roadmap, building the backend and machine learning systems that power adaptive learning. He previously led tech teams and founded a training academy that graduated hundreds of developers.

His focus on scalable architecture and real-time personalization ensures the platform evolves with user needs.

Emil Mammadov, Co-founder and Chief Technical Officer

Emil oversees Enverson’s product design and cross-platform experience as an expert Flutter mobile engineer.

Our Experience

Our team has spent years working at the intersection of language learning, artificial intelligence, and product design. Before building Enverson AI, we closely studied how people actually learn languages — where traditional apps fail, and what learners truly need to become confident speakers.

Through thousands of real conversations with learners from different countries, we identified a common problem: most language platforms teach vocabulary and grammar, but very few help people practice real communication.

Enverson AI was created to solve that gap. By combining AI tutoring, adaptive learning systems, and real conversation practice, we built a platform designed for the way languages are actually learned — through speaking, feedback, and continuous interaction.

Today, Enverson AI is used by learners from 20+ countries, and the platform continues to evolve as we learn from our growing global community.
